Not sure what happened but the last several times I've been in there I have had very negative experiences. Staff are rude and pushy as well as very intrusive. If I need help I will ask. Asking me personal questions is way out of line. I won't be back at this location at all unless something huge changes. Still haven't been back as management here is awful. The store manager is beyond rude and won't let you use coupons there. Even though they gave you those coupons the last time you were in........ and they're within the dates posted.......... the managers here are unprofessional and straight up rude.

If i need help, i will go to you. greeting is great but asking me what i'm buying is intrusive. Let me shop. at the end of the day, if i want to buy something, i'll buy something. give me space and time to breathe.

A worker by the name of "Ezzy" was extremely disrespectful and pushy to me and my family, to the point where we had to leave. Me and my family were not welcomed and she had a horrible attitude. I will not be coming back again.

Ended up looking on my own. Manager by the name of Ezzy was beyond disrespectful to me and made me feel very unwelcomed (As mentioned in below reviews). Looks like I will be shopping at guildford now.. cleaner store and more helpful staff
E	Ella Evans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never been incredibly impressed with Bath & Body Works. I've been in here numerous times and only once or twice have I been asked if I needed help. Walking into the store is a slap in the face with scents. While they have a good selection of candles, most of them are incredibly synthetic smelling. As a candle collector myself, the only candles I'd consider buying here are the White Barn candles (even though they are a little pricier). The foam soap scents are nice if you can find a nice scent, some smell like child's flavoured chapstick. I personally wouldnt buy any of the body mists or lotions.

What the hey! It's a soap and candle store not a night club. And I don't think the girls could care less

Why did you give me a coupon with my last purchase then? I've had to go to a different location twice now for them to properly do the deals for me. Manager could use some serious customer service training as well
