Their slogan is "fast and fresh". Fast yes, I got my food in a few minutes. Fresh, maybe. In general it wasn't that great for 9 dollars. If one is looking for Asian style food, I would say that the other two across the food court would rank more on the edible scale.

The ramen was horrible! Dry and tasteless.

DISGUSTING! STAY FAR AWAY! The food tastes weird, old, reheated and way too salty. Several items were missing from our order. We noticed the premises were not clean and had a weird smell. Complained and got a rude, dismissive response from the manager. Saw several staff not following Covid precautions. Several people walked up and then away again after taking a look around. NEVER going back.

Not even joking when I say that I come here EVERYTIME I go to the mall. The chicken or beef teriyaki with noodles is so yummy and has lots of flavour. Rice is good too but I’m more of a noodles person. Not bland at all. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the price. It’s not super expensive but it’s not very affordable either. About $11 or $12 a bowl. So keep the prices in mind if you ever decide to come here! :)

I ordered chicken teriyaki with noodles and I am not sure what they gave me. I have been regularly eating chicken teriyaki since many years and went to this restaurant for first time and was very much disappointed to get food from here. For your reference I have attached photo of an authentic and actual chicken teriyaki which I ate in past from other Japanese restaurants and I was expecting something similar taste from this restaurant too. Will not eat again at this place.

After doing some Xmas shopping, i saw the signage and decided on a whim to order a hot bowl of Beef Ramen to take home. Service was prompt. After tax 1 bowl was $11.50. I’ve never tried Ramen before, but it seemed like the perfect meal for a cold rainy day. When I got home the food was still nice and hot. The Beef Ramen bowl was delicious!! A good amount of tasty beef, plenty of noodles & veggies, and the broth was flavourful. Was a great first time ramen experience! The only thing I would suggest is maybe to step up the cleanliness of the β€œstorefront” & food prep area a little bit…I didn’t want to β€œlook around” too much as my food was being prepared, as honestly the whole place looked like it could use a good scrub down…

Ordered some chicken and tofu take out the other day and literally had to dump the entire chicken dish out. What a waste. How long had that chicken been sitting out? It tasted absolutely vile. Tasted and smelled rotten. You’ll get more flavour out of a bottle of teriyaki sauce in your fridge than any of these dishes.

Food do not taste that good but service crew are friendly and welcoming. Tried the ramen soup tofu and was not satisfied with the price I paid for the food I got. The presentation of the food is plain and it does not taste like ramen.
