I called in earlier and the girl who helped me on the phone was super polite and so helpful, I later showed up and got the same service. She was beyond helpful and courteous I didn't even care about price, bought 3 pairs of sandals and left! I wish I knew her name!

Everytime I go to this location there is a rude customer and the poor staff have to deal with it. Love this store and the employees. People need to be more kind and respectful

I tried to explain my situation but she was able only repeat the company policies instead of finding a way to help me out. I will contact your head office to try find a solution to resolve my problem.

I’ve bought Blundstones and Dr.Marten boots here and I’ve been so so happy with my purchases. Service is hit or miss, but most staff are amazing and super friendly. Easy returns and exchanges .
K	KK Ann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I went to the Langley store to return a pair of shoes I had bought as a gift. I was told when I purchased the shoes that their holiday policy was in effect and that I had until January 2 to return them. I originally bought the shoes Nov 6. When I came in the assistant manager said I couldn't return them because it was past 30 days.I told her I was told January 2 when I bought them. She then said I couldn't have a REFUND because I didn't have a gift receipt. I said that makes no sense because I have the ACTUAL receipt. The assistant manager gave me the number for customer service and when I called they told me something completely different. They said I'd only be able to do an exchange with a gift receipt. Absolutely no refunds past the 30 days. I asked the assistant manager to repeat what she said and the customer service rep said "that is not our policy". Between the 2 of them they couldn't even keep straight what the policy actually was. I had specifically asked what the return / refund policy was when I bought them as they were a gift. If it was a straight 30 day policy then it would have been on me to follow it. But I had been told January 2 for exchange or refund. This afternoon the store manager called me back and was extremely rude. She couldn't have cared less that I was told multiple different policies. It was "not her problem". It is concerning that SoftMoc has a manager that is so detached from the business. I will donate the shoes and never return to this business. I had previously bought all my shoes, kids shoes and gifts here but I will not be back. This company does not place any value on it's customers.

We are looking for a particular model of shoe and they have it. After trying out 2 different colors and sizes I decided to request my choice but to my dismay they do not have my size. The shopping experience was very good unfortunately we were not able to close a deal. Very good store with various selection of desirable shoes. Pricing is also competitive and staff are nice. I recommend them.
