★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I purchased a tote bag and Wanj went above and beyond with her customer service. She noticed the bag was dusty and advised to use water to wipe the dust. However, she decided to wipe the dust with a wetwipes. She was friendly, kind, and very helpful this is was my first time visiting the store will definitely come back. Reddhart, you won a customer! Thanks Wanj!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve worked with the Reddhart store in Calgary for many years for employee uniforms and it’s been positive. Recently we were informed we need to work with the Langley store and the owner was extremely rude, treated me as if our business is not worth his time (literally said this to me) and hung up on me. I prefer to support an independently owned business such as Reddhart as opposed to a large national corporation, but the way Graeme spoke to me today was shocking. I would never belittle a customer or any person for that matter, the way way Graeme did to me today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been shopping here for years and have always been a happy customer until my last shop . They don’t have prices on anything anymore and when I asked if the discount was applied I got my head bit off and was told I could compare prices online if I wasn’t happy with them! I just wanted to know if I had received the discount I didn’t mention the price , it was embarrassing since there was a big line of people there watching . Maybe she was having a bad day but I don’t feel I deserved that kind of treatment. I will continue to shop there because they have the best selection of womenswear work wear.
