The prices at Reflex are much better than elsewhere and you definitely do not get this personal and friendly service at other supplement stores. This is the only place I need to go for all my health and fitness needs.

She listened to what I was saying and asked me relative questions to my health, concerns, and fitness goals! The products she suggested were in my price range budget and suited my wants such as low sugar content and more natural products. I definitely recommend this location ! Super friendly and not intimidating

Her and her staff are extremely knowledgeable. The atmosphere there is tailored to your satisfaction. Great selection, modest prices.

She didn’t try up selling but rather, she recommended the best products in the category I gave her. Definitely a great place to look for supplements as their prices are very reasonable compared to other stores.

I shop here quite regularly and they're usually very kind and helpful. Last time I went in, I had a question about a receipt from their previous sale. Upon simply taking the receipt out, the woman immediately looked at me like I was the greatest inconvenience of her entire life. I started the sentence off with, "I was just WONDERING.. I noticed this went through at x amount, I usually buy it at x amount, but I know you had a sale so I'm just checking to make sure it's correct (regarding combined sales). I never once demanded or accused anything, just ASKED a question. She suddenly became extremely rude and defensive, asking very loudly at me where I bought it at such a price- so I said I bought it here. This went on for about 5 minutes back and forth, her rudely saying I must've bought it elsewhere. She finally turned her computer towards me and showed me my history of sales- in which- lo and behold, it USUALLY went through at the price I was inquiring about. Only THEN did she finally say, "we don't combine deals" meaning, the products will ring through at a higher price because it's buy one get one 50% off. I said that is exactly what I was TRYING to simply ASK you about. I cannot believe the sudden and sheer RUDENESS of this woman over a simple question. Maybe she couldn't comprehend what I was initially asking? Either way, if you cannot handle customers questions in a professional and kind manner, then maybe you are in the wrong industry.
