★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is amazing! Esther and Mary, that manage the facility are exceptional.
My 11 year-old son has been attending Sylvan in Langley for a few months and he loves it and I can see the improvement on his reading skills. I love to see how excited he is to go to his session, he comes out happy and feeling more confident about his academic performance.
My 8 year-old daughter is starting in January and she is super excited!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We're very pleased with the improvement and progress we've seen in my brother over the past two months at Sylvan. The tutors at Sylvan have done a great job developing a learning plan that is aligned with his current school curriculum. We feel they've been very responsive to our feedback and try their best to incorporate our suggestions into the learning plan. They also do a great job of providing progress reports to the parents, as well as communicating with my brother's teachers to identify learning weaknesses. So far, we've been very happy with our experience with Sylvan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We highly recommend Sylvan Langley. We had a child who fell behind during their Grade 5 year in math. We decided to give Sylvan a try and we are so glad that we did.
The teachers at Sylvan have a consistent & caring approach to learning that has made a huge difference to our son. His confidence has built very quickly which has made all the difference as he transitioned into Grade 6. He loves the reward program that let's him earn points towards prizes.
The monthly meetings with the directors keep you involved in your child's learning and aware of their progress. They have really flexible policies as well, which make missing a session for sickness or vacation easy. We have recommended them to many friends!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sylvan has been SO beneficial for my son who has a learning disability. His reading level increased 2 full school years in a matter of months and he is currently reading above grade level! They very quickly transitioned to online tutoring during the current school closures- and what a cool experience to be able to listen to him interact with his teacher. She is so patient with him and he is so comfortable with her, clearly Sylvan made a very good match with a teacher that can bring out his confidence in his ability to succeed. I couldn’t be happier- they have gone above and beyond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son (8) has been going to Sylvan Langley for two years. The teachers have brought our son from reading a level behind his peers to beyond his grade level. The teachers make reading fun! The centre’s administrators, Esther and Mary, are amazing. They are communicative with the parents and kind to the students. They genuinely care about the students! Through COVID the Center has adapted including lessons on line which have been helpful and appreciated!

Her reading skills have gone from being behind in her grade,so self conscious of her reading that she would shy away from it, to being able to read Independently at a similar level as her peers. She now loves to read and attend school as well as Sylvan. She has the skills and tools she needs to be successful thanks to Sylvan Langley. I could not be prouder and happier with her accomplishments....Highly recommend!!!

The tutors are always kind and helpful and the feedback from Sylvan is clear and detailed. We definitely recommend Sylvan Langley. It has been a great experience for our family.
