★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very easy to book an appointment. I appreciate that I can have a phone or video appointment with my doctor and I don't have to go into the office. This is great for quick visits like prescription renewals or referrals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to see a walk-in urgently and usually find it hard to get into a clinic midday, so I was relieved to see this new walk-in clinic in the neighbourhood taking patients. I was very impressed with how Dr. Kim was so compassionate, professional and effective, not to mention the cleanliness and workflow of the clinic.
I’d highly recommend Dr. Kim and this clinic!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my Father to see Dr. Kim and she was lovely. She listened to all of his concerns and made both of us feel very comfortable. Both my father and myself have applied for her to be our GP. We hope to continue getting excellent care from her and HPMC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is so bad, since Apr 2021, they never answer their phones. Booked appt online, got voice mail said it is a system glitch. Booked appt another time, doc never arrives. Totally a waste of time and adding frustration to an already sick patient. I am not sure how to sue this place?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kim is our family doctor and she has been the most patient, polite and friendliest family doc to us! Her attentive listening, bed side manners, sound advise and guidance has made our experience a positive one. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim as a family doctor to anyone. The clinic staff and receptionist are also very friendly and prompt in assisting patients. It is so easy to communicate with the staff. Five stars from the Careems and keep up the good work :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ *not a walk-in clinic* I ended up wasting time because Medimap says this is a walk-in clinic. It is not. When I arrived and found out it wasn't a walk-in clinic I suggested they should update Medimap. The receptionist didn't seem concerned at all. She simply said, "I'm logged out of Medimap." OK, so if you are logged out and patients are still seeing it as a walk-in, maybe someone should log in to Medimap and update the account settings? I feel like someone in the clinic can log in and make that change to save people a lot of confusion and time as they seek out medical help.
