Never shopping here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selection is hit and miss, lately lots of misses.
I was in the store twice today, both times I thought one employee needs to either go home or find a new job, later overhead that she was a manager. Ownership should perhaps have a chat with Toni or give her a much needed vacation as she clearly was not happy to be at work today.
It is advertised that you get paid cash on the spot for your items but I was offered store credit without any alternatives (I would have taken a cheque, e-transfer, come back in a day or two) so that was a bit misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They've been getting ridiculously overpriced in the latter years!! Gouging like Value Village. They pay you very little to buy your items and turn around to sell them for 90% new cost! Just went to look at a bike they had selling for 85 dollars, with bald tires, broken guards and many scratches. The same bike selling brand new for 108 at wallmart. This used to be a decent place to buy used items for kids, now I fear it's just a cash grab. The owner of Value village is a multi millionaire and owns a 70 million dollar vacation home. My brother just did the glass on it. He keeps 80 % profits and lives like a king. Just food for thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I didn't have to pick a star I wouldn't. Worst group of people. They openly told me they didn't have kids and didn't know what they were looking at... I came in on A Wednesday and was told to wash my items because the stroller patting was dirty so I did and now I came in now on Friday took more time off work for them to tell me that it was recalled. I feel like the 1st lady should have looked more into it and saved me the hassle. There also clustered and all over the place no one really knows what's going on complaining about their day they are day and how they don't even know what's going on really professional I feel like Duncan should step his game up.
