β β β β β WE DID CALL A WEEK BEFORE FOR APPOINTMENT SUDDENLY WHEN WE CAME ON THE DAY AND TIME OF APPOINTMENT CANNOT ACCEPT ANYMORE WE CONFIRMED FRIDAY BEFORE COMING. AND WE ALSO HAVE A BUSY SCHEDULE AND WE PRIORITIZE COMING TO THEIR CLINIC WE GAVE UP SOME IMPORTANT APOINTMENTS AND SUDDENLY WE CAME TO THEIR OFFICE OR CLINIC SAID NO MORE NEVER COME TO THIS CLINIC ITS RUDE

Charge me for stamp $150 and forgot me In room didn't put my file on door an I was in room for 30mins then I pop out they forgot I was there than almost cancel me when I had appointment and made me wait 20 more mins for him
Also he refuse send my referral to any doctors I need check up

β β β β β Had an appointment with the doctor. Went to the clinic. Receptionist took my BP and told me it was normal but it was extremely high but argued with me about it being normal (I am a nurse). Then when I went in to see the doctor, she called me by the wrong name and had a different BP from what I had seen on the machine. Dr asked me a bunch of questions that I had already filled out on the form at the front desk. I asked why she was asking me all of these again and she said cause the form was empty. Turns out the file that was in the room was of another patient that was of a different culture who had not been able to fill out the form. The receptionist apologized for the mistake and was very nice about it but it could have been a very dangerous situation for me as my Pap test would have been sent to the lab under a different name.

1.The upfront (receptionist) the girl thinks she is the Doctor there..rude,don't know how to talk to people ! Really bad
Doctor bad experience..asked him for a referral he says "No '....wowww..I think in bc Canada msp pay for it..why not give me a referral???answer plz.thanks

β β β β β I came into this clinic for severe mental health concerns. A South Asian doctor was very dismissive towards me. Nor did he try to uncover my concern or give a solution. Now I am left to find another Doctor who will take my concern seriously. This is why many individuals like myself have a hard time seeking help for mental health related issues, doctors need to take mental health problems seriously. I would not recommend this clinic simply because of how dismissive the doctor was.

β β β β β We are lucky to have found Dr Bhatti, he is always there when needed, my son had severe allergies we didnβt have a family Doctor, walked into this clinic & Dr Bhatti just looking at my kid immediately says this kid has severe allergies (note we had been to multiple Drβs never got the quick help as we did with Dr Bhatti, itβs been over 2 years my kid is doing great, Dr Bhatti also made arrangements for us to see a specialist, in the meantime the medication he prescribed helped my son get back to normal)front staff is very friendly & always answer the phones, if ever I leave a message they respond quickly. Dr Bhatti is now our family Dr & takes great care of us.
