T	Tezra Chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible management. We asked to speak to the manager regarding a simple question about pricing. The manager took a very long time to come out from the back once she did she didn’t talk to us but did something on the computer. She then proceeded to go on the phone and went to back to the back of the warehouse area. We asked the person at the cash register if she is helping us or not as we are patiently waiting. Then several other staff went back to the manager and they closed the door. It was so bizarre. Long story short the manager never came out to address our question. Very disappointed with the customer service as we drove from Vancouver to buy something there. In the end we left because clearly they have no idea how to communicate with their clients. Very weird.

The selection is great, delivery is very prompt, and the quality of ingredients never fails. But what really impresses me is their customer service for online ordering. If I ever have questions or need help, someone is always quick to reply and help me sort out my order. I would like to say a special shout-out to Kirsten who, on more than one occasion, has helped me with shipping estimates, specific questions about bottle and jar closures, and gone the extra mile to ensure I get what I need. It goes a long way, and is one of the reasons they will always have my business! Thank you!

Most of the people who work there are sweet too. There was a lady helping us check out that seemed a little cranky but most workers had a smile :) definitely going back soon!

I put the order in late in the day on a Friday, and I called them to ask about the quickest shipping option and she made sure my order got sent out by the end of the day. I received the package on Monday. I've been buying from them for years and I've always had great experiences.

Someone is always available to chat or gets back via email the next day if message is sent after hours. Things get shipped out very quickly and everything is packaged perfectly- I've never had an issue with breakage or leaks. Their products have all been top notch as well. 10/10 recommend

I have placed numerous orders with them and have come to learn they carry most everything I could possibly need for my hobbies that I was paying triple the amount for from Amazon and other companies previously. I get 5% off every order automatically and the shipping and processing is so fast! The customer service cannot be beat, as they are responsive, professional and very helpful.
