He experienced body aches and fever the first day for the next couple days his symptoms were low energy headache and body aches. Still no test. He went to one walk-in clinic in Langley when he was asked if had a covid test and replayed no I was told not to they then said we aren’t seeing patients. He call Glover Medical Clinic and they said they would have a doctor call him. The doctor did call him and asked him what his symptoms where. He told the doctor and right away he said oh you have covid extend your quarantine. My Son asked should I be taking a test? I will need a doctors note. The doctor said no you don’t need a test you have covid and your employer can look it up on CDC if they need to know. So I guess this is how BC is coming up with covid number? Doesn’t seem accurate to me. No receiving adequate medical care goes against our chatter of rights. There is more medical issues other than covid and it’s all being pushed under the rug. Shame on you doctor, if I knew your name I would have mentioned it, and your clinic. Is this an isolated incidence or is the a BC mandate? Anyone who has body aches headache and fever automatically have Covid? No consideration of anything else like an infection. My question to you doctor how much are you getting paid for claiming faults diagnosis?
T	Tre Barker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely well Rand Clinic very polite and helpful after surrey memorial had me wait from 12:30 a.m. to 6:30am for stitches I just walked out of there and went to Glover I was in and out in under 30 minutes very pleased

Although I didn’t have much problems with the receptionist/lady at the desk, i can definitely see what all the other people in these comments are talking about. The lady I talked to over the phone seemed kind of like she had a bit of an attitude and she was starting to get a bit annoyed for very little talk. The young white female nurse was the highlight of this place. She makes you feel very comfortable and is very nurturing. She seems like she genuinely cares about her patients. She is why I gave the 5 stars.

I called back immediately, on hold for 15 mins, receptionist sounded grumpy like she was having a bad day or maybe she doesn’t like her job, took down my information, and instead of confirming an appointment time and date, she hung up again. I tried calling back only to get an automated message saying “no more appointment allowed for the day” not impressed.

It's also the only clinic that doesn't mix me up with other patients. Dr Jacob helped me with my back this weekend and gave me everything I needed/wanted.

He asked me lots of questions before making a diagnosis (which most clinics I called weren’t asking anything) I was seen very quickly and the doctor was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel very calm before getting examined. Would definitely recommend.

She explained what she was going to do and was very gentle handed. She was very patient and careful with my fear of needles, and went over after care 3 times with me so I was comfortable with what to do. Very clean clinic, thorough sanitation before and after.
