★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and nice bright lighting. They've got good music playing that's not too loud. Charlene does my cut and colour and she is FABULOUS. I've never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. I'm usually super picky with my cuts, but I tell Charlene to do whatever she wants as she knows exactly what she's doing. She's also a super sweet person so I love coming for our chats. 100/10.

She is personable, kind, the atmosphere is great, always given a warm welcome.

She made me feel very comfortable and made my experience at WAXOLOGY today fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and helped me understand proper aftercare, and told me the differences between hard wax and using waxing strips. I will definitely be back soon! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location & lovely space, I love that they offer flexible extended hours in the evenings. Lots of parking in the back. And my experience with Andrea was absolutely fantastic. She was so sweet & kind, accommodating, skilled and took the extra time to really make sure that we were using the right type of wax for my skin. Will definitely be back! Thanks again :)
