We were super happy with the entire process, from Chris contacting us to set up an appointment, to the final installation. Very professional, and took the time to answer all my questions. He was very easy to reach - he answered all my emails in a super timely manner. Overall, we were very happy with the final product, and it was at a great price, too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From estimate to completion, Phoenix HVAC was professional every step of the way. As my parents are older, it is always appreciated to know that you are working with a reputable company. Chris showed up on time and gave us his honest opinion as to what my parents needed. He was very polite, and honest. On installation day, the crew was on time, always very polite and very clean. My dad asked a lot of questions, and they were more than happy to answer all of them. At the end, Chris took the time to show them how to use and program their new thermostat, and then wrote down the instructions, which is a huge help. I would highly recommend Phoenix HVAC, it was an excellent installation at a great price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found myself a few years ago in a heatwave and called Chris and he showed up the next day to get my heatpump fixed. He was referred to me from another company and so happy I found him. I immediately trusted him and he fixed the issue really quick. He's good at what he does.
I find myself with another issue 2 years later and I knew he would be my only call. That should give you lots of confidence in his abilities.
