★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! No wonder this business is voted one of Surrey's top 3 for appliance repair. I was impressed right from the get go: Paul answered the phone right away, and was able to come that same morning. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He told us where to get the replacement part we needed, and charged us a fair price for his service. He was also available and prompt when I was still concerned about an issue, and came back the same day to temporarily fix the problem until we received the new part. If I need help in the future with any of our other appliances I'll call Paul. I highly recommend this business if you are in need of getting your appliance repaired!

If it's a easy job (you won't know that), he will charge you high rate but you will still feel cheap.
If it's a tough job ( you won't be able to determine that neither), he charges you on initial visit and will never follow up or respond again.
He looks charming and well presented.
But the repair he does is only surface LVL work since most people won't have a clue how easy or difficult their repair needs require.
Stay away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After explaining the issue with our dishwasher to Paul, from Eco Friendly Appliance Repair, he came in person the next day to diagnose the problem. He came back again a second time with the parts to fix it and was honest to let us know that our dishwasher still had lots of life left in it (this was of course music to our ears and we truly appreciate his honesty!). He also fixed the seal of our 35+ year old stand alone freezer, which, we would do anything to keep 'er going. He is very dedicated, very honest, and very professional. Thank you Paul for all your help!

He diagnosed and fixed the problem really quickly. We'll definitely use this company in the future. They were a great value!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul helped with the repair of our Samsung washer. He was punctual, coordinated the entire process very well on the phone, and last but not the least provided us great tips on how to use a washer properly. Once he left i looked all that up and it for sure was correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul is Really Really good at what he did to repair my decor range. My oven part of the range didn’t work, the temperature cannot go up , just stay at 75 F . I called the factory customers services, and they recommended a company , and this guy came to my house and check it and said the computer on the back was not working. He said it will cost about 400 .00 to order the part, I paid him deposit and wait for three weeks and called him. Then He said he could not fix it because he doesn’t have the ticket for gas , and he recommended me another company. Thank the Lord, I didn’t listen to him.I googled on line and found Ecoappliance , Paul responded immediately and scheduled the next day to come to my house, so he came today , it took Paul ONE Minute to fix it , and save me a lot of money, Paul also told me what caused this problem, I will never do it again to cause this problem, Paul is very efficient, very knowledgeable, very professional , He is the Best, I would definitely recommend him to anybody who need appliance repair service.
