A	Aggarwal Family on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is great facility for kids to have fun . But it is very sad that they lied to us . We booked for 13 and they promised us 2 slice pizza for each kid in the end they have two medium pizza and covered them in 26 slice how ? Very very sad . I asked for owner manger and refused to give Mike ( owner ) contact information. Come on at least gave kids food even charge more .
K	Kasia Machelak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst birthday party experience ever! So chaotic We were told to be there at 2:30 for a party that doesn’t begin their laser tag session until 3:20!! They knew we had 2 extra in our party but wouldn’t add the kids in even though there ended up being no shows and therefore extra space. The guys at the counter were unfriendly and rude. They told me I should have called-I did call, either it rang and rang and didn’t connect or went to an answering machine that no one returns calls to. Sucks as much as Extreme air park- no shock they’re the same company. Also, gross sweaty men came out of the last game and my kids had to put on their drippy, wet vests. When I asked if they would wipe them down or give me something to wipe them down with they said they don’t have time for that. Sooo gross and disgusting
S	Sandy J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super glad that I bought 2 games. My group wasn't told how to shoot the laser guns and missed out on about ten minutes of the first game. Second game was explained though amd we all had a great time. Great place for groups of any sort. Go with kids or as a team building excersise with adults. You'll have a fun time!!
c	chantalg76 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would.... I was there to celebrate my grandchilds birthday and was unimpressed. There is a lack of seating for the parents waiting for their children who were playing laser tag, considering the amount of children who were in the building. The room that we booked was 30 min late and up 2 flights of stairs (no elevator for anyone who needs one). There were zero decorations (unless you can count the upside down HAPPY balloon and the deflated BDAY balloon), 8 drinks for 20 people, no cups, plates for the pizza that had to be reused for the cake. The room was super small. 4 tables enough for the children pushed to form a square, 1 table for pizza and cake (which was ice cream cake and delivered at the same time as the pizza), no place for gifts but on the floor, and pretty much standing room only for everyone else. Including my daughter who is about to deliver. I, a BILLION %, won't be back here. Neither will any of my family and friends. Nor do I recommend this place to any of my other family and friends.
M	Mohammad Fadaie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went this past Sunday with a group of friends. Connor was very helpful and kind. I appreciate how he kept everything organized and was willing to answer any questions that we had. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and everyone had a great time.

We have 2 boys and have had at least 10 other birthday parties at different venues and this was the most poorly managed experience I have had. We got there at 11:00 for the party time. I stood at the counter at least 10 mins waiting to be acknowledged. I then paid and we went to program the cards as directed. We were given no instructions for the game plan, party plan and game times. Half of our crew almost missed the second game as a result of the lack of communication. We asked when the third game was and were told that we didn’t have a 3rd game booked. I told the boy at the desk I had 2 conversations on the phone to book 3rd games and the boy at the desk kept arguing and Insisting it was my mistake not theirs, but eventually did book us in for a third game. He was quite rude and clearly has no customer service training Funny thing is, no email confirmation was sent to me. I called them a few days back to make sure they still had us booked in. They confirmed everything and told me my pizza order. Then I got a call a day prior to the party saying there was no pizza order in the system, when they had read it to me themselves just a few days prior. Don’t book your party here. Maybe new west location is better! At least the kids had fun.

Y	Yuki Chin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here, and my son loved it. He said the game is fun and exciting. This place can get a bit crowded when peak hour. The waiting area or lobby have few arcade machines and also 3 pinball machines.
