Owner called back immediately to discuss local pick up options and then personally emailed me to let me know when my order was ready. Curbside pick up was super fast and easy. When I discovered a price difference on my item the day after I picked up my order the owner was very quick to offer me a refund on the difference. As for the product, I bought the golden bead bank game. Excellent quality materials and exactly what I was expecting.
