Roy was the service man who repaired the hood fan, the stove and both of the dishwasher drawers also need new parts, as all of the above needed attention within a few weeks. He was quick, knowledgeable and went over and above what was asked of him. He repaired the handle on the dishwasher door and serviced my Subzero fringe and freezer drawer. I much appreciate everything Roy did for me and will wholeheartedly recommend Unimaster for any appliance service.

Roy was punctual, courteous and very concise in his work. Installation was perfect and Roy also ran all pertinent tests to ensure hood fan was in perfect working order before he left. Roy also very carefully packed my old unit away and I would highly recommend using Unimaster for any of your installation needs. If you are able to request Roy I would highly recommend you do so as his work was impeccable.

The first repair company looked at the oven and assessed that the ECB was damaged and told us that because the part was no longer available our best option was buy a new oven (replacement > $5K). Unimaster came in - on time - and assessed that it was the thermostat. They had the part in the van and repaired it instantly. So grateful for Unimaster’s service, integrity, professionalism, and for saving us so much money (right after Christmas)
