SERVICE PERSON TOLD US TO BUY A NEW FRIDGE SINCE IT WASN'T WORTH FIXING AND NEEDED NEW COMPRESSOR. I DID SOME RESEARCH ONLY TO DISCOVER THAT ALL IT NEEDED WAS A BASIC RELAY WHICH ATTACHES TO THE COMPRESSOR. WAS UPSET, DROVE TO SURREY TO DISCUSS MATTER. DROVE UP TO RUN DOWN HOUSE, CARS WITH FLAT TIRES, JUNK EVERYWHERE .... OUTCOME NOT FAVOURABLE AS EXPECTED. NO REFUND.. BEWARE !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALWAYS GET SECOND OPINION. I had spinning problem with my washer. The old guy came and told me he will charge me service fee for $50. He talks a lot but does not know much work. He checked the circuit and told me it is the problem with motor and it will cost me about $270 to replace it. I gave him the service fee $50 and told him, I will think about it and let him know.
I talked to my friend and he came and open the motor and found the hair pin stuck. He fixed it for me in 30mins.
