Very good and fast service. Upon calling told me how to minimize the issue so less damage was caused and quickly fixed the issue at the service time. Very honest and would use again.

The repairman was on time and worked very efficiently. There was a flat rate of 190+ tax and it was very transparent which put us at ease. The technician was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. I will recommend this company any day of the week

Very good service from my first contact with Alex on the phone- he tried to assist by determining the problem and whether it was fixable or not and whether it would be worth the cost to repair vs. buying a new dryer. He seemed to be genuine in trying to help and not just make money on a service call and repair. The Technician Dennis was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I would use them again for any appliance repairs and would recommend them to others.

Alex is the best repair man we have ever used. Always professional and never have to wait for a call back to book appointment and repairs are always done within 24hrs of calling. He is very polite, very friendly and most of all very honest!!! I would and have recommended his company to anybody I know.

I called ASAP for a dishwasher leak and they came the next day and had my dishwasher up and running safely within 30 minutes. I called around before speaking with ASAP and was often faced with a week waiting time paired with outrageous call-out & labour costs. ASAP was both as soon as possible but reasonably priced.

Called on a Saturday morning and was able to book a consultation the same day, and the actual repair was done on the Monday. Super speedy timeline. Alex was great - friendly, efficient and took the time to explain what the issue was. Really great experience and would recommend to others :)

We first reached out to ASAP Appliance Repair about a Samsung Washer that the water is not flowing in. They (Alex and another repair person) initially responded fairly quickly, took a quick look and said they "hope" it is the sensor. It took them about 10 days to come back with the sensor and it turned out the new sensor was not fixing the problem. Then they said it would need a new PCB motherboard. Alex would not say how long it would take to get the part despite repeatedly being asked in different ways. To his credit, he did share the weblink to the part. I called both Samsung and Reliance Part (the distributor ASAP uses) myself to inquire about the part. They say it is special order, but should take 4-6 weeks. I told Alex I called Samsung myself and am willing to wait. Also to his credit, he warned it would likely take longer than that. After 6 weeks of waiting, I started pressing Alex for updates and offered to call the parts supplier (Reliance Parts) myself if he can just share their order number. At first, he responded by saying if I don't trust them, he can cancel and refund the money - without really giving any update about the part on order. I replied to not cancel and keep me posted. I also told him I will follow up again soon. He didn't provide any update after that and cancelled and refunded my money I prepaid for the part after I sent another two emails in the spam of 10 days. In summary: If your job is an easy one, ASAP is probably fine. If your job has any hint of being complicated, ASAP either cannot do it, or will not be willing to do the bare minimum professional communication needed for its customers. Unfortunately for my case, the job was more complicated and the time has already been wasted. For your own sake, I'd go with another vendor that can communicate in a timely and professional manner, and treats their customer and their problems with more urgency and respect.

I called at 6pm and had someone here by noon the next day. Such a nice guy, and really comfortable and friendly with my dogs which is so nice. Not necessary of course but a nice bonus. Fixed and cleaned up in under 2 hours. Working great! I am not sure about their prices but seemed reasonable. I have to mention again how nice the tech was. Really felt comfortable with him in my home. Great guy
