★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man was nice but he didn't really seem to know how to fix my washer and dryer. He told me that he wasn't even sure how to take my samsung washer apart to look for a leak. I ended up fixing it myself and had to repair my own dryer.

Other companies I called were not interested in listening to what I was trying to explain what happened. John did and he was spot on with the prop leg and it was fixed in under an hour. That people is called service. Would highly recommend to anyone
