They were very accommodating of my schedule and due to unforeseen circumstances they were unable to come by on the scheduled Saturday but asked if Sunday (they are normally closed on Sundays) would work. The tech showed up fully prepared and after being very thorough with his diagnosis of the issue, he went to work. Within 1 hour he had pulled apart my dryer, showed me the damaged components, installed the new ones, did some cleaning of the other units and put it all back together for a test. (The tech was humming to himself and seemed very happy to be there and help while working on the dryer). They charged a very fair rate and additionally gave me some tips to prolong the life of my washer & dryer. I am very happy to support a great local family run business. They’re a company you can trust. Thanks for the help Harry’s.

Harry came to our house on time, he had all his tools and everything with him and he got to work right away. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix our washing machine. Our washing machine was very hard to fix as parts were broken inside and Harry gladly took it on as a challenge he spent hours fixing our machine and would not give up and in the end he was successful and able to fix our machine. I am very grateful for Harry's service and his countless hours fixing our machine.If you are looking for a wonderful, very professional and excellent at his job with fair pricing local business then this is the guy for you!!

Supplied the model number and so on. Harry called me back and said its not worth it to fix your better off to buy a new one. I just thought that was pretty cool for a business to be straight up and honest like that

Harry's branch location is based in the Murrayville area, I'm 240 st almost at 0 ave in Langley (Aldergrove). The tech said he was in North Cloverdale and gas and time was too much to come out this far. Didn't even offer a minimum service call, just not interested in dealing with me. Not very good service when you can't get a Langley company to service the Langley area.
