★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portage Park is a stop along the wonderful, wandering trail which follows the Nicomekl creek. This meandering paved trail stretches from 192 Street to 208 Street. The surrounding marshes are filled with all sorts of wildlife, plants and flowers. The bushes along stretches of the trail are laden with blackberries and raspberries. Benches and tables along the trail provide a place to rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live close by. So it is very convenient. It is quiet and safe. It does get flooded very often and in the winder it freezes over. Other than that, I'm glad it's around for a little stroll..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute little park in Langley. Doesn't get too busy in the morning. It may look a bit dodge as there is forrest a little ahead but great place to take your toddler for some fresh air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped by to photograph some of the rare trees and enjoy them in full foliage. This park is lovely and the playground equipment is in top condition and there’s a great collection of it. We walked the trails and also found two geocaches. Now we know it’s here we’ll make a point of coming back again.
