★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ---Downtown Langley, is the "City Center" but it lacks beautification and Landscaping and tree lines especially along industrial sidewalks compare to Walnut Grove area which is Langley and pays same tax. Less vibrant and dull. major banks is not accessible. can see still a lot of homeless & junkies around the area that makes it more less attractive. The City hall is just right there and hope they're gonna do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots going on in Downtown Langley. Tons of shops, cafe’s and unique restaurants. You’ll find cool spots for pictures along the mural walk or at McBurney Plaza which is always decorated so nicely. If you like thrifting you’ll be in heaven here, many thrift shops all in walking distance to each other.
