The team at Langley Home Plumbing is gteat. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful at 11:00 pm at night and was able to book me an appointment to replace my hot water tank at 7:00 am the next morning.
Gary, the owner of Langley Home Plumbing, was awesome, showing up at 6:45 am to install our new water this morning. My wife and I found him to be exceptionally helpful and informative. We especially appreciated his fair pricing and obvious integrity. Gary will be my plumber of choice from now on and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a very skilled plumber who is honest, fair and cares about his work, as well as his customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gary did an amazing job of finding and repairing the leak under our sink. He recommended a new faucet and had it in in no time. He incidentally found a gas leak and fixed that! We would recommend him and his company to friends and family! Five stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most important thing about this service is going above and beyond and understanding what the customers needs are from start to finish and getting the job done the right way!
We called in for help on Saturday and spoke to Vivian. She was very pleasant to deal with over the phone and was very helpful. She then got a technician to come in and check what was wrong with it. Gary was the one who showed up and knew right away what part was needed in order for our heater to start working again. Unfortunately, the part needed to be ordered in and was not expected until today. Gary was able to squeeze us in in-between his other appointments this morning and installed the part and voila....WE HAVE HEAT!!!! Nicely done Gary! We will definitely recommend you to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to do business! James and Anthony replaced my water heater tank and corroded connecting pipes quickly and efficiently. With same day service and arrival when they said they'd be here, they were off to a good start. They listened to what I said and explained things very well. I was pleasantly impressed with their their work, friendly manner, and respect. I recommend Langley Home Plumbing & Heating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gary was professional and explained what he would be doing and why. He showed me pieces that needed to be replaced (before doing so). When he came he probably thought he would be here for an hour tops. When he replaced our shower head and bar, he didn't like the water pressure. Investigating the issue, he discovered a much bigger problem and it was in both of our bathrooms. His one hour job turned into 8 hours. He is a hard working individual (as was his assistant who was here for a couple of hours) and as I said, professional. Gary wasn't leaving until all the issues were repaired to his satisfaction. THANK YOU, GARY. Would highly recommend him!! Nola

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a kitchen sink drain problem recently and we tried few ways to fix it but didn't work. I have to phone the professional plumber to come over check it out. Vivienne answered my call and arranged for Gary to come over. Gary performed as an expert in doing his work very quickly in a very small space between the kitchen cabinet and drain pipe. And solved the problem which is our headache at a very reasonable price. Gary also told me how to maintain the house drainage system properly. We defiantly recommend Gary and his team to be the troubleshooting experts for anyone as needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great company to do business with. I wanted to replace my furnace so I asked them for a quote. Gary came over at the end of a long day to see what would be a good furnace for me. He provided a few quotes on different furnaces and I chose them to do the work. I book an appointment and on the scheduled day Gary and his team showed up on time. Friendly crew and courteous as well. I appreciated them putting protection down on my carpet to protect it and they also kept the garage door closed as to not make the house cold. The job was finished in a good amount of time and everything looked good. They cleaned up after themselves as well. They also hooked up a new smart thermostat as well. Gary took the time to explain how the system worked and the final price was as quoted. After I paid the bill I received an emailed receipt and some pictures of the install to help with the FortisBC furnace rebate. Also, shortly after, I received an email from the manufacturer of the furnace stating that my furnace has been registered with them for the warranty coverage. I feel that I received great service and I would happily recommend this company to others.
