We just had CCS come in and install a Mitsubishi heat pump for us, and we were very impressed. They were prompt, professional--and best of all, they gave us a system that keeps our house nice and cool. The installation crew was great--they even played with our extremely hyper dog. After researching and speaking to multiple companies about getting a 5 head ductless air-conditioning system put in to our house, we decided to go with Combined Comfort and we couldn't have been happier. The team was clearly very experienced, walk us through the multiple options for how to lay out the installation, were always professional and checking that we were happy as they progressed. They made sure they had ample time to do the install properly even though they were clearly getting quite busy. They crew was polite, neat and tidy and worked around our crazy schedule at home. Heathe and his team are fabulous! Heathe returned my inquiry call within 24 hours and was at our home for a quote the next morning. He left me with a quote that day and managed to provide an install date before the end of the month. Jamie in the office was exceptionally helpful in getting paperwork ready for the loan and rebates. The guys sent our our home for installation were great as well. Our installation presented more than its fair share of problems - what was originally 2 days turned into 4 with no complaints during the heat wave! They solved each problem promptly, always confirring with us before starting on the solution and cleaned up the construction debris everyday before they left. Nicholas and the boys even came in on a stat holiday to finish up our project as they knew it was of benefit for me and my health to be completed as soon as possible. I can not stress how thankful I am that we chose to go with CCS for our new heat pump. We thought that due to our combination furnace/floor board configuration in a townhome, a heat pump was not possible. Heathe and his team made it possible! We are thrilled with our now cool and comfortable home. CCS went above and beyond.

I knew I needed to retire my 22 year old gas furnace and was going to replace my 15 year old heat pump / AC at the same time. Then I was lucky (sarc) enough to discover my hot water tank was leaking and needed to replace that as well. I don't know how many companies I called, but I eight came to my house to see what work needed to be done, but only three followed up with a quote (I wanted to compare three)... maybe I am a PitA. Heathe was not the cheapest (except he beat everyone else on the Navien tankless by $75), but he was filling a few special requests (roof venting, repaired some returns, kept all the wires and pipes inside my walls) of mine that had others stumped and he was supplying a premium Mitsubishi unit which no one else had offered with a big rebate available from Hydro. He also delivered a final quote at the end of the site visit. I was going away for a vacation in two weeks, but they found the necessary equipment and planned the whole thing before I left so I did not have to worry about the old gas unit breaking down while I was gone. It was a three day install with two journeymen and an apprentice onsite with Heathe there each day to supervise. He even rebuilt the gas manifold for my fireplaces and the new hot water because the old one was such a hack job. The new system is great. The house was warm when it was cold outside and now it is cold on the hot days. The outside unit is super quiet compared to the old Lenox we had out there. When it was all done they submitted the rebate forms for me and all I had to do was watch the $4300 go into my bank account. Recently recommended CCS to friends. They know what they are doing and they care to do it right.

This is one of the most professional companies we have dealt with in a long time. Heath and his crew were absolutely amazing from day one. Heath took lots of time explaining the product and process during our initial estimate. Crew was on time and every single one of them were far and beyond experienced and hard working. They even helped us with our city and province rebate process and guided us through the paper work involved. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. This company does it all from A-Z. Not to mention we are absolutely loving our new heat pump...the AC has been a god send during these heat waves. Thank you!!

Heathe's crew responded within hours to a bit of an emergency we had with a failed part that caused a small leak. You really get to know a company after having required service. We have been super happy with our AC Systems that Heath and crew installed and he really stepped up to take care of replacing an old part that failed after years of use. I would not hesitate to recommend Combined Comfort Systems.

We have used this company 2x now and they are great! In the past we have called companies out to fix our furnace and we were shrugged off and told it’s fine that’s just how it works treated like we were stupid but both times (2 different workers) have come in and found the problem not brushed it off because the issue wasn’t right in front of their face they worked hard to figure out the problem and walked away with a job done and the issue resolved. They are dedicated to what they do! Extremely happy with this company. Office staff were great at getting someone here ASAP

I waited a long time for this company after hearing great reviews from friends. I'm glad I did. We had a heat pump installed and the work was done professionally to a high standard. Heath knows his business inside out. Any questions were dealt with quickly and the customer service was excellent. We are very satisfied. Highly recommended.
