โ โ โ โ โ Marilyn, the woman rockin the desk and in house blind repairs is the biggest fool I've ever met. She has zero customer service skills, she's ignorant, closed minded, and just overall stupid to deal with. The small shop only takes cash or check. She claims to have worked there 'long enough' but unfortunately not competent enough to estimate the cost of simply re-stringing four blinds. They charge by the length of line used (and used white on my beige blinds)... she fixed them but refused to release them until the owner priced out the work. Both her and the monkey in the back refused to call the owner on his cell, It turned ugly. When I told them I was video taping the outrageousness and was planning to post on youtube (yes, that's how retarded it was) they changed their tune, came up with a reasonable price and gave me my property back. BEWARE, these folks are dipsticks.

โ โ โ โ โ I purchased a tilter gear and sleeves for my levelor mini blinds and the lady there told me how to fix the rod going in the blinds and fix the threads since the rod had come out of the blinds when I was cleaning the blinds. The advise was very useful to fix my blinds . The lady there has amazing knowledgeable of fixing blinds and is a very nice person ! You made my day ! Thank you !

โ โ โ โ โ I have dealt with Budget Blinds a couple of times now and I found them to be reasonable and courteous. I was given a fair quote for two blinds which is exactly what was charged.
It's unfortunate that unhappy people are more inclined to post reviews that happy customers. I would recommend them without question

We had fostered a rescue dog that had chewed our blinds and he offered to fix the slats at a reduced rate because of the circumstances since the rescue didn't have the money to help us at the time and downplayed the cost and damages. This business owner was great to work with and I was so appreciative.
