Uche was considerate, friendly, and very easy to work with. There were a couple of very minor delays due to circumstances completely out of their control, but they very quickly got them resolved. The blinds look great! Good quality and we love that they are manufactured locally. They look durable, feel durable and they were installed well. We would definitely recommend Black Pearl.
