All 3 technicians were courteous, knowledgable, and proactive in educating me on scope of work and making suggestions to maximize the value of my investment during the service calls. In case of the emergency repair the tech and office staff very handily ensured that costs covered under warranty were handled that way. Office team provided service date reminders and coordination of arrival window, plus prompt delivery of receipt, and report of work done after the service call.

Were told 8-9 am they would show up, and didn't arrive till 9:20 then were slow getting to the door to get the job going. All of the Gandy people that were here to do the job were polite and answered any questions we had. Thank you for a job well done.

They arrived on time, answered questions, gave detailed information regarding repair options available and were very respectful of our home. The boiler specialist and service tech plumber went above and beyond in researching the problems my furnace was having. I was so relieved to have this company help solve problems after previous negative experiences. I am recommending Gandy to friends and intend to become a life long customer.

The install crew was on time, kept me informed as they progressed through the job, and finished ahead of schedule. Once the install was complete, they took the time to walk me through the system and inform me of any maintenance requirements i needed to be aware of. They cleaned up after themselves including vacuuming the main floor where the crew was working. Aside from the new product, you wouldn’t have known they were here. Would recommend.

Max Lloyd [ manager ] called me and came out on his way home from work to see and assess what was needed. He called me the next morning at 8 am and told me 2 people were on their way. Max, Elijah and Jordon were respectful, polite, and above all very professional and open to all my old lady questions. I was so impressed and pleased with how fast they responded. The job was done before 11:00 am. I can't say enough good things about these three men. I HIGHLY recommend Gandy for the SUPERIOR service and for coming to my aid so quickly. I’m not sure who I spoke to that first day on the phone - an owner? - but he walked me through what I needed done and talked me out of an unnecessary service that I was willing to pay for. I appreciated the honest appraisal of what I needed and thought the pricing was very fair and competitive. Christian was especially lovely with scheduling these past few weeks. Today Devon and Holden arrived on time and were absolutely engaging, respectful and professional. They are two lovely young men with very bright futures. I’m so happy I chose Gandy and won’t hesitate to reach out in the future.
