Very helpful, very nice. Tim and Andy helped me and pointed me in the direction of what bike works best for my needs. Awaiting some further details on a demo bike to ensure proper sizing and they are tracking down stock as it is limited due to demand.

Absolute WORST Experiance and I would highly suggest anyone that’s thinking of going here to read this first. I dropped my bike off on a Wednesday and was told that it would be ready on Tuesday which is 6 days after. All that was needing to be done was 2 tires swapped out and the guy behind the counter said they would β€œlook at everything else” too on my perfectly well working bike. Wednesday the week after which is 1 days after he said it would be ready, after NOT receiving any calls and then not even answering their phone when I call I decided to go down to their shop. At the shop the man behind the counter told me the bike isn’t ready, and that it would be ready the next morning. Having booked a trip for Tuesday I’m already 2 days over my departure and this guy tells me tomorrow it will be ready. So I go the next day which is Thursday only to find that the guys working on bike had broken the shifter, and we’re claiming there are no parts to source for the bike for the next week. Again NOT A SINGLE PHONE CALL!! After contacting another location and asking for the head office or a higher up I can talk to I was again told I would receive a call from them and today is the 3rd day, no call. This is at the end their loss as I’ll be taking legal action, as well as sharing this on some forums so no one else has to go through this. A simple phone call at least stating the situation would have made this a touch better but I got nothing but a broken bike and $160.00 bill.

Normally when I drop a wad of cash on a purchase I expect at least a thank you for your business or maybe even a friendly smile or better still check the tire pressures before you send someone off on a brand new bike. Makes me wonder why some of these people get in the business of dealing with the public. The good news is my money spends anywhere.

Whoever the older nerdy guy with the glasses that works there should be fired for his terrible customer service. We walked in and he basically looked at my husband and I like β€œya what do you want” and then proceeded to just watch us as we walked around the store like we were going to steal something (we don’t look like thieves). We just spent 4K on new mountain bikes for ourselves and wanted some helmets and accessories but would NEVER buy anything from them ever. I hate when people who are in customer service have attitudes like that.

I brought my 6 year old son with me to this store for the first time and one of the staff followed us around to make sure he didn't touch anything. While I was trying to make a desicion on a purchase he kept hovering over us. I left and went to Cap's Bicycles and it was a way better experience. I guess I know where to go next time.

Great customer service. I needed to get by bike fixed after a fall. Corey and Eddie got everything done and had the bike ready for pick up in a few hours. They sent me a text as soon as the bike was ready for pickup. These guys really know what they're doing. If you ever need anyone to take a look at your bike, these are your guys!

I was drawn to the FX Sport Carbon 4 for a couple of reasons. My previous bike was a Specialized Sirrus Elite with an aluminum frame and a carbon fork. I rode it for about two years and never really felt the need for the smaller of the two chainrings. In addition, I was disappointed with the noise of the drivetrain and the overall β€œheavy” feeling of the bike. Enter the FX Sport Carbon 4. What attracted me most was the 1x drivetrain and the carbon frame. The bike has surpassed my expectations. I really enjoy the quiet simplicity of the 1x11 system. It provides me with a sufficiently wide range of gears for the (mostly level) riding that I do, and would be more than adequate should I venture further afield. On top of that, the carbon frame feels light and responsive. It encourages me to ride further and faster. (I’m 72 years old and typically ride about 40 kms a day on deserted, paved, country roads.) After riding the bike for about a month I decided to upgrade the pedals and saddle. I also switched out the stock handlebar so that I could use my own grips, bar ends and bar-end mirror. Finally, I swapped the original 40T chainring for a Wolf Tooth 44T. The main reason for this change was to allow me to do most of my riding with the chain closer to the centre of the cassette. (Before the chainring swap, I was riding in the top 3 or 4 gears most of the time.) This change has made a big difference since the gaps between gears are smaller closer to the middle of the cassette than at the extremes. I thoroughly enjoy riding this bike. It represents superb value if you can get your hands on one. I was fortunate enough to grab mine at West Point Cycles in Langley, BC. Check out their showroom and service department. They provided first-rate service, and Angar, my sales person, was especially helpful.
