★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "PATIENCE and DEDICATION", best describes Jake. Jake has been my trainer for several years. I have a traumatic brain injury and am non-verbal, which does not affect the superb training I receive from Jake. He works me just as hard as his other clients, but also keeps it fun. Without Jake, I probably would not be as mobile as I am. Jake is the most conscientious trainer I have ever worked with, and believe me there have been a few. Can't thank him enough!

He puts you through your paces and ensures your technique is proper to both avoid injury and target the correct muscles. Not only is he a great trainer but he is backed by his wealth of information.
The gym is pristine and he abides by all the current COVID-19 requirements.
I recommend AIM to anyone just starting out or if you're a high end athlete.
Keep up the great work Jake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been doing kinesiology sessions with head coach Jake Harcoff for a few weeks now and am continuously blown away by his expertise in the human body! I feel confident, from the way my body feels after each session with him, and from the detailed scientific education of why he’s getting me to do the movements he’s specifically tailored to my injuries, that I will be able to achieve recovery from my accident. Recently signed up for group training as well and had the pleasure of being coached by Nicole! She’s very attentive to each individual in the group, even tailoring each of our sets to our individual abilities and potential injuries, and was a great encourager to go harder than I know I would have on my own!

An incredible team of trainers - lead by the man himself Jake. Fantastic workouts, an incredible atmosphere of camaraderie, and the best equipment.
I have enjoyed every session whether it is 1 on 1, or in a small group training class. Training sessions with Nicole and Mikee have been exceptional as well.
Thank you for such a top notch experience :)

His plans are very affordable and I'm very happy with my results! I have been working in the rehabilitation field for 17 years(occupational therapy) and can tell you Jake is fantastic for all levels of fitness from the injured and deconditioned to fit people looking to take their training to the next level!
