I wanted to start exercising but had no idea where to start. I had never been to a gym before. Through my anxiety I e-mailed and received a prompt, kind response from Erika. She set me up with Jenn, a personal trainer, to assist me in my unconventional personal fitness goals. Jenn is incredibly understanding, kind, knowledgeable and authentic. I didn't expect to actually book sessions after speaking with someone because I was so anxious and felt so out of place in any gym, but after meeting Jenn I was comfortable with her and knew this would be a good thing for me to do and that I could do it with Jenn. And I'm so glad I did! She listens to understand and creates programs that are functional for her clients no matter what level of fitness they are at. She is motivating and caring. I owe her a debt of gratitude and highly recommend her to anyone looking to get some help with their fitness goals. You won't be disappointed.

Horrible - I applied online for a membership and was not contacted back. After two weeks I went IN PERSON to the gym and they told me to come back another time. There was no one in the lobby but they insisted it was too busy and no one could help me. I have made 2 phone calls since. I did not want to waste my time driving in for a second time since its about 45 minutes round trip - especially if I couldnt get into the facility. I have still yet to be contacted re. my membership and it's been about a month and half. Horrible customer service and horrible communication.

No respect for members, takes advantage of a pandemic to capitalize on members that were not going to their out dated overpriced gym to workout with masks on. Cancelled months in advance and was still being billed telling me I have to fill out another form. Poor customer service I do not recommend anyone waste their time here will get taken advantage of with no clear communication or solutions.

My husband and I have been going to this gym for a year now. The staff/front desk workers are always friendly and willing to help. If you ever need to get in touch with admin for memberships, etc., I would suggest emailing them or coming in the afternoon. :) They are prompt in getting back via email! The equipment is a bit older, but personally, I like the feel and crowd better here than at other gyms that are usually extremely packed. It has all the equipment, weights, and machines you need. There’s lots of room here with a cardio space, two separate co-ed weight rooms, a basketball court with a track, lots of co-ed mirrored spaces for stretching, etc., and a women’s weight room with cardio machines and another mirrored space. It never feels too full even at peak hours. The facility itself is really clean with great hours. Each person can pick-up their own towel and spray bottle along with the other spray bottles and paper towels available along the walls unlike other gyms that only offer disposable wipes that are sparsely strewn and almost always empty. With the child drop-off and fitness classes, I would highly recommend it for the cost! You don’t find many gyms with an indoor basketball court! And in response to the reviews about no AC or limited fans, yes, it was extremely hot during the summer days, but we just went in the evenings and embraced the extra sweat the heat added. :) They eventually added lots of large floor fans that offered a nice reprieve. If the no AC is still a problem, then just do a drop-in at another gym with AC for a couple of days or take a break from the gym! ??‍♀️

Facility is huge and has everything an average person needs to stay healthy. Everything is included free with membership except personal training. This includes squash courts, Zumba lessons, yoga classes, spin, group aerobics, and more. I've included a picture of the classes below. Facility also has a huge women's area not pictured below. Only thing is that some of the equipment is a little dated, like the squat racks pictured below. Other than that, the facility is never crowded and this gym has great value.

I love this gym. Spacious and open and stocked with a great variety of very well maintained equipment. It never feels crowded, even at peak hours. Clean and well organized too!

Yes it's big, yes it has lots of stuff. BUT The men's change rooms have quite the mold infestation. There are no fans in the shower area which is not up to code. You can visibly see black mold spots all over the shower area. Floor, checking, and walls. You can also smell it. Whole place needs a serious renovation. And 17$ for drop in they could easily afford it.
