★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant experience renewing car insurance with the person who was working today Oct 6 2019 around 4:30 pm, He was not helpful at all, not explaining things. Just demanding & unprofessional behaviors. Sad to say that brokers are like that exist in the industry!! Poor customer service I will never recommend this place to any of my family, neighbors and friends :(
thank you for your response, however your staff was not helpful or willing to explain, I had to ask to get the information I needed to get out of there! Also: sad to say that your staff needs to learn basic customer service on how to welcome people and be nice enough to do business!
