I highly recommend this dental office which I find it hard to find a place that you’ll definitely like. Look no further book with them now! definitely 5 star every time I go for a visit :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my dental cleaning done by Marilou and it was such a pleasant experience. She went above and beyond even giving me some Vaseline for my dry lips--even though I didn't ask. She was very patient with me as it is hard to keep my mouth open for a long amount of time. Front desk staff were lovely!

I have been coming to this clinic for 3 years and my experience has always been amazing. I can always trust Willoughby team for all my dental needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff from the desk to the dentist I saw was very friendly, welcoming and reassuring. Any questions I had about procedure, prices and my own past experience was answered thoughtfully and professionally. If you haven't seen a dentist in a while, like I hadn't, there is no discrimination or rude comments about past care. I felt welcomed and it made me feel like I could try to heal from past awful dentistry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this dental office. I was nervous to see a dentist for the first time in quite some time but this was an extremely easy experience. Every staff member from the front desk to the dentist himself was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.
They’re upfront about costs and explain procedures so you understand the process. Really appreciate an environment like this especially when most people aren’t excited to be there in the first place. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely 5 star worthy! I have just returned as a patient to this dental office after moving away 16 yrs ago. Even though I still live in my current location (12+ hr drive from Langley) my preference is Willoughby Dental Centre and will book all future appointments around times I visit family on the lower mainland. I greatly appreciate their expertise, friendliness, excellent customer care, and ability to collect directly from our insurance companies (as opposed to needing to pay ahead and mail our invoices in for later personal payment).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have been going to this dentist for 5 years now and have always had a great experience. Friendly receptionists, great hygienists and attentive, kind dentists. Getting cavities filled was a positive experience with the dentist always being gentle and attentive to how I was doing. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a new dentist!
Bonus that they communicate can communicate via text for booking and rescheduling appointments!
