They were very flexible in me getting all of my documentation in order, and their website and tools are very intuitive to use. Their online portal makes submitting documents easy. You are also able to see all of your offers online and play around with mortgage numbers. Their communication was excellent as they were available around the clock to answer all of our questions. I will be using them again in the future.
