★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Congratulations to Sneha, Kirtesh and their team! Amazing personalized service. Not the pill counters like at the major grocery stores. They took a real interest in how our ongoing elder care was going along. They ensured personal delivery of prescriptions and took time to engage and help us problem solve the challenging issues we faced with caring for our mom. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are absolutely the best!!!! They DELIVER to your HOME for those of you who can't leave due to work etc this is fantastic! ALSO they have a TEXTING service which is unreal...imagine being able to TEXT your pharmacist after you fill a prescription?? These guys really know how to crush the competition when it comes to full service and so happy I made the switch!

I would give 0 stars if I could.
I came for my COVID-19 booster shot and I noticed that the technician still had his gloves on from the prior patient.
I waited to see if he would remove his dirty gloves from the last patient, clean his hands and apply new gloves for me, per BC Public health protocol. He did not.
I had to ASK him to change his gloves before treating me.
I spoke with Fiona, the manager, and she told me their policy is to use HAND SANITIZER on the GLOVES between patients because their skin is getting irritated from the frequent glove changes.
I am a health professional and my hands get irritated as well, but I have found ways to deal with it.
I would expect a pharmacy to follow proper protocol during a pandemic.
