Shoppers Drug Mart

Very friendly staff. Easy to pick up the items that you're looking for. Except for the fresh produce, you can buy Grocery items, milk products, baby products, Postal services, Medicine and medical-related items/products etc. Canada Post outlet offering a vast amount of services from the Stamps, Gift boxes, wrapping tapes, Postal boxes, delivering Packages etc. Pharmacy is providing fabulous service to SDM Customers as well. There are a few staff who have been in the business more extended period who knows customer need very well. Their presentable approach I always appreciated. Pharmacy Manager Jainak is also a respectful and presentable person who is a great role model to his Team.

They need to update there signage. I drove 20 mins to this location because last I knew they were open till 12am it’s 11pm online says they close at 10. Please dont have giant sigh that says open until 12am lit up. Side note I’m not mad not being a Karen just suggesting corporate take the sigh down. I understand it’s on the door but still :)

Alyssa in the makeup and skin care department is amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Helped with all my skincare and makeup needs. Will be going to see her again! ❤️ Like

This is my go to shoppers I probably shop here at least 2-3 x a week. You would think the managers would know your name at this point... nah. They don’t even make eye contact and when they absolutely must talk to you it’s to argue about the price of the products you are trying to buy. That’s basically the only time they are needed, when someone uses the scanning code of practice. This is when they pull out all the stops introducing themselves. You see, as you you shop busily in their store spending your hard earned money the only time they want to speak to you is when you disagree with the advertised price. At this point the cashier as well as yourself will be completely mortified as you argue about what the price of the product is actual advertised for with (said) manager that otherwise you would never have met. Don’t get me wrong, shoppers can have some deals you just have to be aware if these deals are not given. This is when you ask to use the scanning code of practice but be warned the managers are going to try to wiggle their way out of that one, just be annoying and persistent don’t take no for an answer!!! I do have to say, Anka and Leigha in the beauty department are the best and go above and beyond helping me find exactly what I’m looking for and throw in some samples when available. These two could run the whole store no problems and have repeat customers. I come back because of convenience. I’m sure they have lost countless customers due to the horrible customer service!!!!!! So a huge 1 star missing because the managers don’t give a **** if you shop there or not! Other than that there is no way I could fault all the other amazing employees!!!

The pharmacist couldn’t be bothered. I asked her if I could ask a question to which she welcomed but just passed me off to the cashier. Is the cashier a trained pharmacist? ??‍♂️

Today I visited Shoppers Drug Mart 200st and did shopping $43 worth stuff that’s include L’Oréal root touch up, Revlon lip color, Garnier shampoo and Face serum.. while checking out, I asked if they give some samples? As I have get on other locations. The Biller name- KAMALPREET R (Female), she responded so badly with such bad expressions!!! First said sample only given when there is a cosmetics.. I showed her my bill, then she said if there is a shopping worth $100 that includes perfumes and all with all weird face expressions and hand movements. PATHETIC Customer service!!! How can they hire someone who doesn’t know how to treat a customer with a happy face??? And there are better ways of saying NO for anything!! I would never gonna go to that location.

The store and postal counter is very good but this is the worst costumer service and longest wait times at a pharmacy ive ever experienced. They will not get your prescription ready while you shop no matter how easy it is for them ie simply putting a sticker on an inhaler...... Also several.times ive requested refills online and have been utterly neglected for 3days plus after. Again horrible service from a pharmacy

I completely understand that preventing theft is one important part of running a business such as Shoppers, however the manner in which I was closely followed by not one but two Shoppers employees would be more accurately described as harassment. Maybe the fact I am wearing my work boots and jackets led them to believe I am a thief? Is it that I am only in my 30's? Is it my very short, freshly cut hair? I'd love to know what made these Shoppers employees feel it was not only appropriate but neccessary to make me feel incredibly uncomfortable in the store being stalked regardless of where I went. I was simply trying to pic up some milk and a few hair products for my other half. Well, the first employee that began to follow me seemed to believe that she had a very important mission of making sure that I did not by any means spend money in this Shoppers. Unsure of whether or not the specific product I had found was correct, I took some pictures and text the wife. I guess my standing there for 2 minutes waiting for a reply is not something customers are welcome to do, and so the woman who had previously pointed me in the direction of the product, and of course followed me all the way there, began to give me a list of other stores where I may find what I am looking for. If anyone from corporate is reading this, yes, basically told me to go shop somewhere else. It was then that I walked to the front of the store and remembered I still needed to grab milk, and turned around to see again I am being followed by two employees. I was followed while grabbing the milk, and stalked while on the phone with the wife to double check if she needs anything else. Save yourself the B.S. and go shop somewhere you will be respected and they actually want you as a customer.
