For people not used to Asian cuisine I would ask for recommendations. But for the few times I've been here it doesn't seem like they have anything that's not exceptional.

Feel really bad for who ever left anything that is more than one star, did you try any other resturants? When you eat there and its so bad, this is a place that who ever works there does not care. W	Webster Escares on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly service. Portions are really small, almost a kid’s meal. Taste is okay, that I mean it tastes like those microwave chinese food from grocery stores. We didn’t try any of the noodles, which might be a different story since they seem to specialize in it. I’ve seen the smallest dim sum in my life here. You can’t even choke on it.

Their menu isn’t super extensive, but what gets you coming back for more are the tasty handmade noodles! You can taste the freshness and do they ever make a difference! Their prices are fair and the portions are fairly good for all noodle dishes. We have also tried some appies before and they were pretty good too. I’m curious to try more items on their menu. By the way, there are tons of parking in this plaza, which is awesome! Service is friendly and place is clean. If you’re looking for a good bowl of noodles in Langley, try this place!

Lots of customizations available here and you can pick your style of noodle (flat, thin, thick). One important thing to note is the amazing customer service here. That's what keeps me going back to my regulars. We ordered their Beef Soup with thick noodles, lemon and garlic flat noodle stir fry with beef brisket, shrimp dumplings, and salt and pepper chicken. The portions are very generous with the main dishes, and I loved all the dishes we ordered. Though it isn't ramen or pho, this style of handmade noodles have their own uniqueness and flavour. 5/5 would highly recommend and I will be returning to try more dishes!
