★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious ice cream! Great customer service as well. Only reason I am leaving out one star is because of the extremely high prices. I understand that you get what you pay for & this is a gourmet ice cream place, but 30 dollars for a few ice creams is pretty steep. We'll be back again eventually, for a special treat day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are always very friendly, but my last experience was exceptional. I custom ordered a cake, received a call on the pickup day to inform me that they were closing early. I couldn't make it in on time, so the owner (Zoe) offered to stay until I was able to come in. To say that they go above and beyond would be an understatement. Thanks team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a delicious place for ice cream. Love bringing my kids and their friends. UnFortunately however, the staff really makes you feel like you’re annoying them. If you don’t know what you want right away they’ll keep asking you and seem to get louder with their questions. They seem like they’re in a hurry when no one else is in line. This has happened the last 3 times I’ve visited. It’s unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the experience this past Monday afternoon. We bought 2 pints of ice cream and 2 ice cream cones. They were low on the chocolate Swiss. I wanted to buy another pint of this I knew they would eventually have to replace this as they are usually open till 10 pm but the girl wouldn’t budge. We came in from Surrey and are spending a decent amount of money you think you would at least try and go out of your way for exceptional customer service but No. I saw they had a pint in the fridge and asked if they could mix some toppings in that was told No again cause they are pre packed I assume. To make your customers unhappy Marble Slab your employees have succeeded!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found long hair(about 20cm) in the ice cream so brought back and told the girls there. They acted as it can happen normally, never checked on the hair or anything and dumped as is. So I had to ask if u checked the hair.
Most important thing was tho, they didn't apologize at first. Kinda unhappily treated. They both need a better service and educate themselves how to treat customers in this kind of situation.
Obviously, the taste was gross with a random long hair. Yuck! Never will hit that place.
