Not to mention, they sent me letters SAYING YOU’RE ELIGIBLE! Take me off your list! I will never give this company my business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting customer service, lack of transparency with where money is going. Ie. customer pays $500 extra, $280 is applied to balance. $20 is applied to interest. ZERO EXPLANATION where the remaining $200 went, not in account payment history, nor the “detailed payment history” customer is promised if they head to the branch.
Also 40% interest is not worth any loan for anyone out there trying to be smart with their money, do not give these people your business.

Gave me me complete details about my loan, and also told me about disability and if I ever get laid off how they are still able to help with my loan, which I very surprised that fairstone offered that plan. My representative was very helpful explaining everything about my loan, very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you

She was able to give me more than what I was asking for in a budget I could afford and explained all the terms very thoroughly. She was very professional with the way she explained loan insurance and didn’t force anything upon me which I appreciate. I’d definitely recommend this company.
