★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had the best eexperience I've ever had dealing with a financial institution(including my own bank) and I have to say two thumbs waay waay up for nice young woman working at 10:00am on the 12th of December...this girl knows her stuff and makes you feel welcome....give this one a raise you don't want to lose her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the service.. it does come in handy.. the only thing I would like to see is the option to have your payday loan extended to multiple payments as an option.. my last loan I couldn’t do that so I had to take a smaller loan.. Had I the option to make 3 payments I would have takin a lil more..
But the staff is always friendly and willing to help out..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had so much trouble trying to cash a cheque in my life. Took them my cheque. They wanted it certified. Got it certified, waited over an hour and gave up and went elsewhere. Had the same thing about wanting cheques certified 3 other times.
I have used Cash Money in other cities numerous times and was in and out in 15 minutes.
I will never go to this one ever againm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in the company been in dire need with needing emergency money and yet they can't help me out in witch my money that I paid off my loan with them I still gotta wait over 5 days but yet it's already been taken out by the company so now still left high and dry this is so unfair when I just need a lil cash and they keep telling me I gotta wait this day and that day with no straight answers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find Cash Money very convenient and helpful when I need it. The customer service representatives are always friendly.
My only concern is that if you pay off a dozen loans sometimes you don't qualify for the payment plan. I think if you show you are making every payment on time, you should have the choice to take the payment plan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a longtime client at my Langley branch, I do miss some of the staff who are no longer working there.
But I would like to say that all of the newer staff are very patient with all clients, and the are incredibly friendly, kind, hard working young ladies. I really like all of them at my branch........They do not make me feel embarrassed about borrowing money with a payday loan.
The new system shortens the wait time, and I am always given a smile, when I thank them for completing my payday loan. It is tough to live on a pension in this economy, so I am so thank full for Cash Money's services each month.
Five stars from a very happy client!
You make my life a little bit easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most amazing customer service, so quick and understanding. I need to specifically talk about Mubarak who works at Langley branch here. She is such a humble, respectful and a great listener. She went above and beyond in providing service to me as it was the first time I have Cash money services. She made me feel so comfortable and explained to me every details about the services. It’s such a great way to get help when you are in need of emergency cash or for sending money.... they are the Best . I would use them again in the future and recommend them as well.
