★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful and friendly staff. All the staff are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I don't know anything about vehicles except how to drive them & fill the gas tank. The staff here helped me so many times figuring out what a doo hicky and a thing a ma bob were.
This is my go to Parts Store. Keep up the amazing work.
P.S. Being female and able to try to explain something you know nothing about... Is definitely easier to talk to another female who knows their stuff!! The guys are pretty great too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is incompetent. Stay away and go to any other auto parts store. Every time I came to this location I've had a problem. Never again. I've had to call head office numerous times to resolve my complaints. Rude unknowledgeable employees. Especially Stacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's too bad when companies hire unqualified counter people who sell you the incorrect part, while Napa has a policy of not returning opened items ?
So you waste my time and money by selling businesses the wrong parts and refusing returns...job not well done, hate Lordco, but they are getting my money for the foreseeable future
