V	Vikki C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased a cart. When asked cashier about price match she told me she doesnt believe they do. Only upon me saying that i googled Michael's policies did cashier advise that she was still new and called the manager. No, they did not honor price match policy because the deal i had printed off was for staples preferred customers. Even with manager ended up finding the cart on staples website showing available to anyone and with lower price still, she would not honor price match and walked away. Will not shop at Michael's again.
C	Carrie-ann Walsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to return a Cricut machine which was purchased for a Christmas present. The machine was not opened and I had the original receipt. Took it back to the Langley location waited in line for 15 mins… got to the till and the cashier told me they couldn’t return the machine. After all the money Ive spent In that store, I’ve been a loyal customer all of these years, I was not a satisfied customer. Next day I took it back to the King George location, they had no issues returning it. Although, the King George store was awesome. Micheals has lost a good customer… From now in I’ll be shopping online for my craft items.
H	H S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was going in 3 mins before closing (store was closing at 7pm), I knew exactly what I needed so was literally going to take me a minute to grab my item and be at checkout. The door was closed when I arrived to the store and I was told by the staff they are closed and last call to go into store is 5 mins before closing time because staff have to be out of there by 7….maybe change the times according to that? Or maybe have staff stop lying if that’s not the case lol

The classes and selection offered is great and there are tons of time slots to attend. However, like all Michael's locations, upon entering you get lost in a hurry and I find somethings hard to find. The store offers a wide selection of products but I find the store layout a bit confusing. I happened to go in for frames and I do know exactly where to go for those. Also, you would have to travel to Vancouver if you wanted newer release items as this is not a flagship store (as per staff).

Definitely lots of cute items, but quite a bit of ‘junk’ to sift through too. The main problem with this is place is the highway-robbery prices. It is Extremely expensive, and items are drastically marked up. I try to only buy here when I can’t find the items elsewhere, or if I have a coupon.

Shanna is the best in this store - she's worked there a long time and knows things inside and out. Super friendly and always provides the best customer service. If you're stopping by ask for Shanna every time!
