★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hair salon I went their for my haircut I told the hairstylist Mary to give me a volumizing cut but after the haircut I feel like I have no hair left at all and instead she was insisting me to get highlights done even if I didn’t want them at all. Very bad first experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this studio for more than a year and i am extremely happy with the service their hairstylist provides. However, their reception people have time and again made errors with timing, phone numbers etc., i have a physical condition due to which i cannot self perform basic things like hair wash by myself. The reception failed to inform me that my stylist was not available as she was sick cause someone changed my number by mistake in their register. I can understand that genuine mistakes can be made but this has happened with other people too which i witnessed during one of my visits. This kind of inefficiency is not appreciated. So, as customers, we need to be prepared to not get a service and never be informed on time so we can arrange for alternatives.
