★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dentist was out town and had a very sore tooth so called Orchard Heights Dental and they were able to take me the same day. Ended up having the tooth pulled as was very infected.
Very pleased that they made an appointment for me right away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are relatively new to the Creston area and can’t believe the difference between Dental offices…here we have found the majority of our appointments, (that I make months in advance btw) , get cancelled days prior and rescheduled for months later. The latest…I had an appointment on Thursday and was called on Monday telling me the hygienist will be sick on Thursday ( who calls in sick 4 days in advance - at this point they aren’t even trying to lie convincingly - lol!) but lucky me - they can fit me in come summer - lol! I’m sympathetic and understand the need to rearrange appointments, on occasion - but this is such a regular occurrence with this office - why bother making appointments at all? We are looking at changing dentists ..Which is such a shame because other than having your appointments cancelled routinely- it’s a nice place and staff are friendly.

This office has an upbeat energy throughout that appears present with all the staff and in their interactions with one another.
