First rate Dental operation. Reception, dental assistants and Dr Andy were all excellent. Up to date technology, suggested treatment well explained. No pressure to run up costs, integrating nicely with dental plan where appropriate. Absolutely the best treatment I have received at the dentist. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to any of my friends.

I found Panorama Place Dental, after my dentist of over 25 years retired. I did alot of research and found this office to be a good fit for my long term care. Preet, at the front desk, is very kind and courteous. Rosie, my hygienist, is thorough but careful and gentle. Dr. Rumm is the sweetest. I appreciate their care and the fact that unnecessary dental procedures arent pushed onto the patient like other offices. I'll be coming here as long as they can see me!

I wanted to say what a great experience I had at this clinic. I had an emergency and my own dentist couldnt get me in. Panarama got me in within a couple of hours. From the friendly receptionist to the wonderfrul assistant Rachael to the Dentist, Dr. Monica, everyone was really caring and professional. Dr. Monica explained my options and the entire process as she worked. It was fast and pain free. I am so happy to have found them and I planning to be a patient from now on.

Super nice group of people at Panorama Place dental. They were very welcoming to my girlfriend and I. The cleaning was gentle and the doctors are very informative. They gave lots of tips to keep our teeth in good health. The doctor also polished away some staining I have had since I had braces. No other dental clinic even offered such a thing.

My family and I have been going to panorama place dental for over 5 years and have never had any issues. The reception staff and the dental hygienists as well as the dentists have been friendly and thorough. However at my last visit I was made to feel like I am a horrible person. I sat and cried in the car after my appointment. Yes I hadn’t been to see the dentist in close to a year (because sometimes things happen in life), and so yes I had a lot of plaque buildup. However, I felt like I was sitting at the principals office and was being told off by both the dentist and hygienist at the same time for having horrible plaque buildup. The dentist came in telling me she was shocked to see my X-rays and that I was the worst patient she had seen. She left the room only to tell the hygienist “poor you” that you have to clean all that plaque. During the clean up the hygienist kept commenting how much plaque she had to clean almost every 10mins. Not once did she stop to ask how I was doing? Did I need a break? Or was I in any pain? Yes I agree that I had a lot of plaque despite regular brushing and flossing. And yes I did need a good clean this time and should come in more often for a clean. I am a healthcare professional and know the risks for gum disease and tooth loss. But no one deserves to made to feel incompetent and unworthy. Instead I should have been approached with kindness. They should have said, I am sorry your life has been busy and you haven’t had the chance to come in sooner. But let us help you get back on track. Here is a list of things you can do..,…

I drive out to this dental practice all the way from Richmond, that is how much I enjoy the hygienists, my favorite is Colleen. The practice is always spotless and does not feel clinical. The staff and practice is honest and reliable. I have been seeing this same hygienist for over 20 years and I am well into my 40s with no cavities or fillings!
