★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really cool park, just a few steps from the parking lot you are greeted with beautiful views of the mountains and water. Highly recommend stopping by even if it's just for a few minutes, you won't regret it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lives up to its reputation. Many great viewing spots, plenty of hidden gems along the path. Great summer swim spot, certain areas of the river are popular with families and teens in the warmer months. You'll find an abundance of fishermen further up towards the dam as well. Trailheads are within walking distance of transit and there's plenty of parking around the outside of the park. Perfect place to plan a whole afternoon out.
There are trails suitable for both beginners and experienced hikers alike, though most areas involve some steep slopes or stairs, so not particularly suitable for those with more severe mobility issues.
