The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and professional. He investigated the matter and attempted fixing it on the spot without charging me a penny. It was a minor damage but he went above and beyond.

I have used Richmond Auto Body several time & find them to be excellent for both service & repairs. Staff are courteous, helpful & efficient, including assistance with necessary paperwork for insurance. Rental car was delivered to me at Richmond Auto & I dropped it off there saving me both time & frustration. Highly recommend Richmond Auto Body.

This is, by far, the best body shop I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The front office was very professional and proactive with dealing with my insurance company and coordinating the rental. The body and paint work came out looking brand new. My car was returned to me with a minimal down-time and completely spotless inside and out. It was obvious the work was done with meticulous attention to all the fine details and nothing was overlooked. I highly recommend this business, especially for high-end vehicles.

The car was in the shop for longer then the expected time because a wrong part was ordered initially. Upon pickup the repair looked very good however when it was brought home I discovered that the fog light that was replaced was not functioning . When I returned to the shop the employee insisted on it being a β€œsoftware issue” and was determined that they checked over their work . Once the tech had a look the connector to the light was simply not connected at all. As a customer I was talked down to , disrespected and had my time wasted . During the course of the repair communication was poor, despite me letting them know multiple times that I would be only be able to communicate via email I came back into the country with a full voicemail and no email communication was made . I am honestly scared to find out what else was not put back together properly and have lost faith in this shop .

Picked up my car after a week delay and noticed the next day that they did not fix the back bumper (both bumpers were damaged) When I phoned in the rep on the phone told me that was not true as he had checked it himself but to come in and he would show me, this made me quite upset as it was clearly not touched. The manager phoned me 10 mins later to say that there was a mix up and that the part did not come in from Volvo so it needed to come back in to be finished.

Receptionists did not determine what service I was there for very well. Needed to ask the right questions and everything would have went much smoother. Estimator provided excellent service here. Would be nice to have a written ( email) quote though.
