Joan swooped on the problem and right away had a resolution from the manufacturer. The customer service and quality of attention they provided is sadly something you rarely see today. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and will make them my first call for any future plumbing requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had decided to do a minor bathroom reno and had looked at toilets and sinks at the big box stores. Then I found Just Add Water online and popped into their store where I met Joan. I immediately felt at home and she quickly showed me how toilets may look the same but function totally differently based on how their insides are done. I was instantly sold and in mid-July I set the finish goal for the end of September. We are now done the first week in September. Joan found me a woman to remove the wallpaper and then paint and she lined me up with a plumber. Both of these people did great work and on schedule. I now have a lovely blue bathroom with a toilet that works beautifully and a sink that looks lovely. It was a total pleasure to work with Joan and her people and I would highly recommend them.
