Just completed a fairly major renovation, our second using Canadian Renovations Inc., and as with the first, just a terrific job! The workmanship has always been first class and they stand behind their work. Couldn't be happier! Just an update. 3 years since Canadian Renovations Inc completed the renovation to our kitchen, main floor bathroom with shower, laundry room, den, and doubled the size of the the master bedroom's bathroom (what a difference that made). It was major enough that part of the house was enclosed in a plastic wrap for weather protection. Loving it all and to date there hasn't been a single issue or problem. Excellent work indeed!!!

We recently attended the Home and Garden show in Vancouver and visited the Canadian Renovations booth. Based on this initial interaction, we were impressed with the professionalism of this company's staff and decided to book an onsite consultation. Dean from Canadian Renovations met us at our house and thoughtfully and thoroughly asked us a number of questions to better understand our needs. As a result of this consultation, we decided not to proceed with a significant renovation at this time. We were very impressed that Dean did not pressure us to go forward with a renovation that in retrospect, wasn't the right decision at this time. Although we won't be proceeding with our renovations now, the professionalism and honesty shown by this company gave us confidence to consider them again if our plans change. If you are considering a renovation company to lead your renovation project I wouldn't hesitate in recommending that you consider Canadian Renovations.

Our first project with your company, Canadian Renovations, was in 2013 when we had our bathrooms gutted to the studs and completely renovated. The company’s approach to creating a project book for us, which itemized every single component of the work to be done, gave us confidence that we never had to question how much the project would cost or what was going be done. The bathrooms were completed on schedule, and we were delighted with the outcome. Whenever we travel and stay at a hotel, we can't help but compare the hotel bathroom to ours, and we always like ours better. Since we had such a good experience with Canadian Renovations, we did not hesitate to once again ask them to renovate our kitchen in the summer of 2020. Again, they created a project book for us and helped us decide on the various components to choose, to help us complete the vision for our new kitchen. The attention to detail was simply amazing. For example, we had new counter tops installed that needed to match up against existing tile work on the walls - and everything matches up exactly. For both our projects, the thing that really stood out for us was that the people who came to do the work were not satisfied with just doing a good job; without exception they wanted to do a fabulous job! For our kitchen renovation, all the workers that came to our house practiced social distancing and wore masks when appropriate which put us at ease during the pandemic. You might be wondering if Canadian Renovations stands behind their work? Our bathroom project, years after the project was completed and well past the warranty period, had an issue with the heated floors. And even though this was no longer under warranty, and without being asked, Canadian Renovations replaced the heating units and flooring at no charge to us. Now that's what we called commitment! We are going to finish by saying that if you get a number of quotes for your renovation project, you may find that the Canadian Renovations estimate may not be the lowest. But you will find that the price quoted will be the price you pay, and the workmanship will be of the highest quality.

We were incredibly impressed with the home renovation experience we had with Canadian Renovations. Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. Cameron's design expertise and patience helped make what could have been an overwhelming design process quite easy. We especially appreciated the respect given to the fact that we were living in the place during the project. Corley did everything she could to ensure the process was as painless for us as it could be. And we felt all the workers really wanted to make the end result the best it could be. We are overjoyed with our kitchen and bathroom. We appreciate the hard work that went into our new kitchen back splash every time we are in the space, which is now ALL the time. Friends and guests have been blown away by the transformation of our place. It's a completely different condo, a home that we are immensely proud of, a space that we thoroughly enjoy being in. And we have everyone at Canadian Renovations to thank for that. Canadian Renovations will be the first people we contact for any future projects.
