He genuinely cares that the mattress is a great fit and he went out of his way numerous times to ensure that both my wife and I were happy with the mattress. He has developed a system to replicate the 'coil' mattress feel using a latex mattress which is fully customizable to any body type. I highly recommend buying a mattress from him based on both the service experience and the product.
